I’ve read a couple related threads but haven’t been able to find a solution for this time-delay problem we’re experiencing. We’ve got the password reset emails being triggered through Mandrill and are seeing the logs on that end for each request. I’m not sure where the delay could be happening, but it seems to be long enough that users are making the request multiple times. One user last week said it was taking 45min.
Any help would be appreciated!
