Password reset email is not getting

Hi

I created user and trying to send the password reset email. But not getting the password reset mail. I am getting the email validation mail. but password reset mail is not getting.

I enabled the use my custom email provider. and select as smtp server.

after disable the custom email provider , email is getting

what is the proper working?

Issue with password reset mail not being sent

There was issue identified recently where disabling your own email provider triggers all email templates to also be disabled; when you then switch again to your own provider you’ll be able to enable some of the templates through the UI switches, however, those switches are not available to all templates (the reset password being one of them).
