"Owner" or "master" account?

My employer has just signed up for an Enterprise-level Auth0 subscription. Several of us have dashboard accounts with the “admin” role against our tenants.
Is there an even “higher” level account such as “owner”, “master”, etc. which spans the entire Auth0 relationship/subscription?

I believe the tenant admin is the highest but let me research that cause maybe something changed in the meantime!
