Okta workforce is not working on our page

Dear Okta Support Team,

I am reaching out for help with the integration of Okta Workforce within Auth0. Despite successfully logging in via the tryout feature, we are facing challenges with the home realm discovery in our production environment.

Here are a few observations:

  • The connection status (live/not live) is not displayed, contrary to what is mentioned in the documentation.
  • The tryout screen’s home realm discovery is operational and functions as expected.
  • However, when attempting to implement this on our live page, the home realm discovery does not work.

We are using the Auth0 Lock along with the New Universal Login Experience.

Update , if I go to Authentication > Authentication Profile
UI reflects identifier first rule
but login page is always Login+Pass. Most likely this is the main reason

it seems like if we are using lock, we don’t have access to any of enterprise features, is auth0 lock deprecated? It’s super hard to get that idea from your docs.
