No longer have my 2FA device

I am trying to delete or deactivate an unused Auth0 account, or at the very least turn off the email notifications. However, I am unable to login to do so because the 2FA is attached to a device I no longer own and I cannot find the recovery key.

I understand that you’ve locked yourself out of one of your Auth0 accounts because you no longer have access to the device containing the 2FA.

In this scenario, you’ll have to contact our Auth0 Support Team to request them to either reset the MFA or delete the account on your behalf altogether.

If you would also prefer, I can create the support ticket on your behalf.
