When users attempt passwordless email authentication on an iPhone/iPad, the Auth0 Universal Login page fails to render. The page loads as a blank white screen, and the user cannot interact with it or enter their verification code (which one is received by email).
This issue occurs on both Safari and Chrome on iOS - making me think it’s a WebKit-level issue, not browser-specific.
Page loads and functions perfectly on desktop and Android.
Any ideas?

I understand that you are facing and issue where during a Passwordless email authentication on an iPhone/iPad, the Universal Login page loads a non-interactable blank screen.
We have identified a Support case that you opened on this matter ( thank you for contacting our Support team! ) and will continue monitoring it’s progress. Once the issue is fully resolved, we will also update this thread to maintain visibility in case others encounter the same behaviour.
