Migrating to new universal login

I’m migrating to the new universal login and am unsure if I made all the steps.
My issues are:

  • I can’t set a custom logo to an app.
  • My customer text changes do not appear.

I turned the universal login on and turned off each page’s Customize Login Page option (login, password reset, etc.).

The only clue I have is this banner:

I’m unsure what it is pointing at, considering I made all the steps above.
