MFA Factors in Essentials subscription

Hello!
We use Essentials subscription on our QA tenant according to which we should have Pro MFA Factors as a Feature.

We have tested MFA features for a couple of days. We access the Pro and Enterprise MFA Factors and received this report.

Also we have warning notifications to upgrade our subscription if we want to use these MFA Factors.

My question is if we have PRO Factors as feature in our Essentials subscription why do we get this warnings and report? Also do we really get these MFA factors as features in our subscription - first screenshot, or should we upgrade?

I see on the pricing page that Pro MFA factors should be available with B2C Essentials subscriptions.
Also, both Pro MFA and Enterprise MFA factors should be available with B2C Professional subscriptions.

Am I misunderstanding the pricing page?

I’m sorry for the late response. It’s most likely that your account is on a legacy subscription model. You can update the settings from the Auth0 Dashboard as mentioned here → Manage Subscriptions
