MFA Country List freezes

Problem statement

We have an India based developer that is experiencing web app hang/crash when scrolling through the MFA country list. The signup is successful, but the MFA setup is never completed.

I attempt the same thing from a US region (same browser / tenant) but do not have the issue.

Steps to reproduce

  • The user signs up
  • When selecting secure your account the user needs to select the country for MFA (SMS)
  • This is where the drop down freezes and does not show the country codes.

Solution

Updating the hardware or browser could resolve the issue.
