Maximum credit exceeded

When i try to send a change password email to newly created user at auth0 i am getting following error. Can anyone please explain this. Please see screenshot below.Capture

I just raised an internal ticket regarding that cause it looks like going over the quota of the email provider. Let me get back to you with the news soon!

Yep it’s 95% that tenant has exceeded your email provider quota (for example Sendgrid) causing the reset password email delivery to fail.

Could you please let us know your tenant name and send it via private message so we can confirm it 100%? Thank you!
