Hi there,
when setting up my account, I chose Google Authenticator as MFA method. Now my old phone doesn’t work any more and so I also lost my Authenticator codes for the account.
However, I also have a recovery code for the account but unfortunately, this doesn’t work for some reasons.
So is there a possibility to get access to my account again? Of course, I can identify myself via phone or video call or whatever is necessary. Would be nice if someone could give support.
