Im locked out of the platform with both of my accounts. Lost my MFA and recovery code. can someone reset my MFA for microsoft and gmail account?

I accidentally deleted the login credentials from my Google Authenticator app and i lost my recovery code, and now Iā€™m unable to access the Auth0 dashboard.

Can someone reset my MFA for microsoft and gmail account? What are my opportunities?
