Lost Access to Free Tier Tenant

Hi Support,

I have a free Auth0 account that I have not actively used in a number of months. I have tried logging in again and have found that I no longer seem to have access to the applications I had setup in there.

I get the following error when I log in and try to view any of the account pages.

“Error! You don’t have permissions to access this resource”

Can you please assist me in recovering my account, access and applications? I am in need of urgently accessing this.

I have tried sending a message directly to @support with my email, tenant name etc. As that was the action requested on other topics I found that were similar to my own case. But I am not sure if that is still the correct way to address this issue.

Please let me know if there is anything else I need to provide.

I have tried to recover this tenant, but cannot seem to do so from the dashboard. I have also even tried deleting it (which I really do not want to do as I had a lot of things configured here). But I cannot even access the advanced settings on the tenant to delete it.

“Error!Could not load connections: You don’t have permissions to access the resource”

It would really be amazing to get a hand with this at your earliest convenience.
