Hi Support,
I have a free Auth0 account that I have not actively used in a number of months. I have tried logging in again and have found that I no longer seem to have access to the applications I had setup in there.
I get the following error when I log in and try to view any of the account pages.
“Error! You don’t have permissions to access this resource”
Can you please assist me in recovering my account, access and applications? I am in need of urgently accessing this.
I have tried sending a message directly to @support with my email, tenant name etc. As that was the action requested on other topics I found that were similar to my own case. But I am not sure if that is still the correct way to address this issue.
Please let me know if there is anything else I need to provide.
