Looking to recover access to 2 accounts for which we see charges on corporate credit cards

@support we have 2 monthly charges of 14.95$ on our corporate account. We’re trying to recover access to those account so we can cancel them. They might either be associated with out domain, or could be personal email of employees no longer working with us. We have corresponding invoices we can provide. Would appreciate guidance on how to recover those account and cancel the subscription once we confirm those are no longer needed.

I understand that you need to gain access to two Auth0 account in order to resolve the billing issue. Please send a DM ( Direct Message ) to @support, sharing the details mentioned on this topic and also confirm any further information that you have available such as email addresses, name of tenant, the email address of your Auth0 account etc.

The DM creates a private conversation where more sensitive information can be safely shared with us for troubleshooting. Once the details are provided and depending on the course of action that needs to be taken, we would be able to submit a Support case on your behalf to have the issue resolved.
