Hello,
We are currently experiencing a critical issue with the login process using Auth0 in both our iOS and Android apps.
Our iOS app is already published, and we are in the process of submitting our Android app to the Google Play Store. However, when trying to log in through both apps, the login page fails to load. We tested the same issue on the published iOS app, and it is occurring there as well.
We’ve checked the configuration on our end, and everything seems to be set up correctly. Given that our Android app is currently in review on Google Play, this issue is urgent, and we need assistance as soon as possible.
Could someone please guide us on what might be causing this issue and how we can resolve it?

I checked your tenant logs and found no failed login attempts, only successful ones. I was also able to test your login page and log in successfully. Therefore, nothing stands out as an issue on that front.
However, since you mentioned that the login page fails to load, could you try running our Auth0 Quickstarts to see if this issue persists? It might reveal why your app’s login page is not loading and let you know if the issue originates from your current configuration or something else.

Thanks for checking into this. However, something very strange happened. The login page was completely failing to load in both our published iOS app and the Android app we were developing. Despite this, Auth0 logs still showed “successful logins,” which was inaccurate since the page itself never even loaded.
Oddly enough, after receiving your response, the login page suddenly started loading and working normally again—without us making any changes. This issue led to our Android app being rejected from the Play Store.
While it’s working now, we’d still like to understand what might have caused this. Could there have been an outage, a CDN issue, or something else on Auth0’s side that temporarily prevented the page from loading?

Thanks for the update.
I’m sorry to hear that your Android app was rejected by Play Store. But I’m glad that the login page could load again.
I have checked our Auth0 status page to see if any incidents could have contributed to this issue you mentioned. After looking through, I found nothing related to the issue you experienced.
Since the Auth0 server-side showed that everything looks to be working without issues, even in my tests, I am unsure what might be the issue.
If you haven’t made any changes between when the login page wasn’t loading and when it started working again, this might suggest that something else is causing this issue.
