Hi there. I’ve got a user who has logged in successfully many times (as recently as yesterday). However, today she is unable to login. I can see in the logs that her failed login attempts (using the same username/password) is being associated with an incorrect user_id. How might I go about fixing this?
We cleared the auth0 cookies but that didn’t seem to help.

Do you mean an invalid user_id, or that of another user?
Do you have any new Rules in place that might block the login? Is there any accounting in place?
Sure the password hasn’t changed?

It seems somehow chrome autofill got updated. She’s able to login now. I’m still confused as to what I was seeing in the logs but I’ll leave that for another day.
