Hi, I’m locked out of my Auth0 Dashboard tenant and can’t access admin settings.
- Tenant domain: sapiensv2.au.auth0.com
- Plan: Free
- Sole admin email: rolandd@sapiensv2.com
- Issue: Login suddenly changed to only prompt for Security Key (WebAuthn). It no longer offers Windows Hello PIN/biometrics or email code.
- I do not have any MFA recovery codes and do not have a security key enrolled/available.
- I’ve tried multiple browsers and private/incognito sessions.
Can someone advise the correct process for Dashboard admin MFA reset / account recovery for this tenant when there is only one admin?
