Locked out of Auth0 Dashboard after losing WebAuthn passkey (no other MFA)

Hello Auth0 team,

I am completely locked out of my Auth0 Dashboard.

My admin account uses Google social login.
I previously enrolled WebAuthn / passkey MFA, but the passkey was deleted from my device.
I have no other MFA methods enrolled (no TOTP, no recovery codes).

Because of this, I cannot log in to:

  • Auth0 Dashboard
  • Auth0 Community (with my Google account)

I am posting this from a different account.

I need an MFA reset for this admin user so I can regain access
and re-enroll MFA using Google Authenticator (TOTP).
