MFA reset request - locked out of Auth0 Dashboard and Support Center

Hi Auth0 Support,

I am locked out of the Auth0 Dashboard because my MFA/passkey/authenticator device is unavailable. The Support Center also requires the same MFA, so I cannot open a support ticket.

Tenant: dev-h***k7.us.auth0.com
Custom domain: login.op—ge.ai
Dashboard account email: fou—dge.ai

Please help verify my identity and reset MFA for my Auth0 Dashboard account.
