Locked out and unable to reset password

I am the Founder and CEO of TheroPay and am currently locked out of our Auth0 tenant. I am not receiving verification emails, and we have reason to believe that a former CTO may still retain administrative access to the environment. We also can’t access out .io emails.

This creates a real risk of unauthorized control over authentication, user data, and system configurations.

At this time:

  • I cannot access the tenant

  • I cannot reset my password

  • I cannot confirm who currently has admin privileges

  • Email delivery for authentication appears compromised or misrouted

We need urgent intervention to:

  1. Restore administrative access to the rightful owner (myself)

  2. Audit and confirm all current admin users

  3. Remove any unauthorized or former personnel

  4. Verify and secure email delivery for authentication flows

This is time-sensitive and impacts production systems.
