We are a software company that has lost admin access to an Auth0 tenant. The developer who created the account has left and we believe he registered using a personal email address rather than his company email. We have tried the password reset flow on his aliased company email but no reset email arrived, confirming the account was registered elsewhere.

The application is still live and serving users. We can verify domain ownership if required and client ID is available via email or a DM.
We cannot access the Support Center as it requires dashboard login. Can you advise how to proceed?
