Hello Auth0 Team,
I’m Marcos Francisco. I’m writing to request urgent assistance with an authentication issue that is currently impacting our external customers.
I took over this a Tech Team two months ago, and Auth0 is a key component of our authentication process. Unfortunately, I’m unable to access our Auth0 dashboard to review messages, logs, and other critical information. The access credentials were held by the previous team leader, who left the company five months ago and is no longer in contact with us.
We use the email account as our credential. I was able to change the password, but I’m now locked out at the OTP (One-Time Password) step.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
