first off why have this have no password to recover if you dont recongize old connections and computers.. im literally locked out my work computer making this useless

I understand your frustration, however, I would recommend refraining from using derogatory language in any context.
If you are having issues in accessing a tenant or your auth0 account, you can always send a DM to the @support group with the tenant name and email address associated with it and we will find the best course of action and if necessary, submit a support ticket on your behalf.
