To my knowledge we don’t provide that ability. There’s a tenant restoration policy that allows to restore an account in certain situations, but your situation does not fit that policy.
If you want to mitigate against similar situations occurring in the future you may want to consider configuring a recurrent job that backups most of the Auth0 configuration by calling into the Management API.
