I have a free development account and have added one of my users as a tenant member. He is unable to log in, however. Why can’t he log in?

Could you elaborate on what kind of errors they are experiencing when they cannot log in?
It might be worth deleting their invitation and sending a fresh tenant invitation to your tenant. For more details, check out our knowledge article at How to Add New Tenant Members.

They just see a “wrong email or password” message. I have tried changing their password, but that doesn’t help.

Can you clarify if they are able to login at all to the Auth0 Dashboard even if its their own tenant?

They cannot log in to the Auth0 Dashboard at all.
