I intent to export and import user with hashed password from tenant in Auth0 to another tenant in Auth0 and have some concerns, please help me to clarify this:
We only need to upgrade tenant need to export to Paid for requesting Auth0 Support export user with hashed password, no need for the import tenant, is it correct?
After we import list user with hashed password, does the migrated user have to user forgot password feature or they can use their current password to keep login? Anyone tried and success?
My tenant have around 300 users, how long would it take for requesting Support export user with hashed password.

Yes, that is correct. You will need a paid subscription to request an export of your user’s hashed passwords. Importing does not require a paid subscription. Check out our How do I export passwords hashes? FAQ.
Both are allowed. Those users can continue to use their current passwords provided they were imported with their hashed passwords. And they also have the option to use the “Forgot Password” feature.
Unfortunately, I do not know how long it would take for this request to export your tenant of 300 users’ hashed passwords. However, I would not expect it to take long at all.
