Another admin of our tenant tried twice to issue a reset code to me via email. Both times, the animation spun (even with my browser shields down) and never propagated. Another attempt to use the same key fails as it is a “one time use”. After this, he deleted my account so I’d have to re-signup. Attempting a new signup continues to prompt for the MFA.
Your documentation here: Account Locked: MFA Resets Requests mentions I need to open a support ticket to reset the MFA, but it doesn’t appear to be possible to issue a ticket without a session. If it is, your website is not making it clear how to go about it.
