Reset MFA request

Dear Support Team,

I am unable to access my account because I cannot complete the multi-factor authentication (MFA) process. I have a paid account through my company, but I’m currently locked out and therefore unable to submit a support request through the usual portal.

Could you please assist me by resetting the MFA for my account?
