I have a new phone and I can't log in

I use this app to log into my account. I have a new phone and I can’t log in.

When I log into a site that uses this authentication, it says that a notification has been sent to my old phone, which I no longer have. When I open the app on my new phone, it asks me to scan a new QR code.

My question is, how do I get my new phone to work with my current account?
please help

If you are trying to login into Auth0 Dashboard, you can send via dm your account email address and tenant name and we’ll proceed with MFA Reset. If you are trying to log in to another party app that is an Auth0 client (is using Auth0 for Authentication), you will need to contact this app support directly as we are unable to perform any operation on our client’s tenants.
