New phone and cant log in

The company I work for uses Guardian for 2 factor authentication. I juat got a bew phone provider and can’t get the authentication anymore. I dont have a passphrase or reauthentication code. Can anyone help?!

I understand that you have difficulty logging into the Auth0 dashboard because you can not receive the code on your new phone.
