I exceeded my plan (temporarily). Is that OK for 1 month?

I just logged in into the dashboard randomly and saw that we had exceeded the plan limit for the first time ever.

We have a android/ios app and is on a legacy plan with up to 7000 active users per month for free for like 10 years now. We usually hit around 1000 “active users” per month (1400 is the record 10 month ago) but in october 2025 we released a totally rewritten app which caused all users to be logged out and have to login again.

This made our usage spike late october and now start of november with 10 781 of 7 000 Active Users in November…

This will just be temporary and then go back to the old numbers since the userbase have not grown since september 2025 where we had 839 active users.

I really would like to stay on our current plan and not change. Is there any way we can bump the plan temporarily and go back to the legacy plan again or be given some slack for these 2-3 month overlap? Would love to talk to a guy from the team for this.

We don’t want the service to go down either ofcourse.

Didn’t find anywhere i could chat or email with support so asking here!

Best,
