How to Update Tenant Member Email

Problem Statement:

We updated the domain of the tenant member emails. How to make the change so they can log in with updated emails?

Solution:

As per the current design, we can not update the email of tenant members. To grant access to their updated email, please do the following:

  1. The Admin clicks on “Add Member” with the updated email, and it will send the invitation to the user’s updated email.
  2. The user accepts the invitation.
  3. The Admin deletes the member with the previous email.
