Problem Statement:
We updated the domain of the tenant member emails. How to make the change so they can log in with updated emails?
Solution:
As per the current design, we can not update the email of tenant members. To grant access to their updated email, please do the following:
- The Admin clicks on “Add Member” with the updated email, and it will send the invitation to the user’s updated email.
- The user accepts the invitation.
- The Admin deletes the member with the previous email.
