Under a Developper Plan, I submitted a ticket to the support 9 hours ago and still no answer.
How long does the support take usually to give an answer ?
I see that a support engineer as already replied to your ticket and started working on solving your issue.
Under the Developer plan you’re entitled to the [Standard support] (Customer Support) and just for future reference, you can check the Target Response Time for the multiple types of issues here: Customer Support
These times can vary, depending on the workload, but the support engineers do their best to answer everyone as quickly as possible.
