Welcome back to the Auth0 Community !

To update your payment method you can access the Auth0 Dashboard - Settings - Tenant Settings - select Payment & Billing - Add Payment Details.

If you are using a Team, you can find this setting under Teams > Settings > Subscriptions.

You can check our Update Billing Information and Manage Subscriptions documentation.

Thanks for the quick response, but we only have one tab in our Tenant Settings and it is named General.

Hi @rob.kraft,

For account-based subscriptions, you must be a team owner to access this functionality.

If you have an Enterprise agreement you’ll have to contact our sales department directly. You can do that at sales@auth0.com, or via chat or a ticket on support.auth0.com from the Talk To Sales buttons.
