I’m trying to update card details for payment.

I have been receiving this error since last night when clicking the Payment & Billing tab:

Error! Sorry, we could not fetch your billing and payment information. API Error. Please contact support if the problem persists.

I understand that you are encountering the “Error! Sorry, we could not fetch your billing and payment information. API Error. Please contact support if the problem persists.” error while attempting to view your Auth0 team’s Payment & Billing page.

The issue seems to be related to a known bug that our teams are currently looking into and working to rollout a fix to resolve the issue. While we currently do not have a timeframe for the resolution, we will update you as soon as we receive any news regarding the overall progress.

We have received an update from our internal teams that they have implemented the fix, and the issue with the Payment and Billing tab should now be resolved across all accounts. Please attempt one more time to make the required changes and let us know if you are still encountering this error message, or if this has now been resolved on your end as well.
