Change of billing informations

I want to change Billing Information on our tenant mytrees, but every field I change (except credit card) ends with 400 error.

I understand that you are encountering a 400 error when trying to update your billing information.

It seems that the observed behavior is an error that Auth0 is currently working on resolving.

For now, could you clarify whether refreshing the page shows your updated billing information?

If not, given the sensitive nature of billing information, I recommend that you contact our Auth0 Developer Support Engineers to review your updated billing information and/or have them update it for you as a workaround. https://support.auth0.com/

If this is not possible, we can follow up via DM to resolve this situation.
