Help with refund: transfer subscription from one tenant to another

We want to change our paid subscription as our current paid tenant has the generated tenant name and we want to move our paid subscription to a new tenant with a better naming. Based on the previous community post, it looks like the process is first to downgrade the current paid tenant to a free tier and upgrade the new tenant to a paid subscription. Can we get help to check if we can get any particle refund for the current paid subscription as we are about to downgrade it? thank you
