Getting Authorization Extension related issues when Authorization Extension is uninstalled

Hello,

I can no longer login (password login) into any of my applications on my account. The logs show: “Authorization Extension: Invalid API Key” and " Authorization Extension: unable to resolve jtn to webtask token" errors. The problem is I have uninstalled Authorization Extension recently. Any ideas as to how to solve this issue?

Hi @greffgreff,

You probably have an “auth0-authorization-extension” Rule still in your Rules pipeline that is causing this error.

If you have already uninstalled the Authorization Extension, then you should proceed with removing the “auth0-authorization-extension” Rule as well.

Once that is complete, you should be able to log in as usual.
