A friend forgot her password to log in to management of her auth0 account (not a user of an app protected by it). She receives an e-mail with a recovery link, but then ends up on “Select a method to verify your identity” where she can choose SMS or Recovery code. The latter she does not know either, the first one will never arrives even though the phone number is active and functional. I did try to create a new account for auth0 management, but could not find an option to set up a phone number to try it out. Is it some sort of legacy option that is no longer supported?
