Hi @support,
We have a free-plan tenant (US region) that has stopped working. Logins, the tenant’s public configuration page and the dashboard applications all now show “Access denied”.
The person who set up the tenant has left our company, and we believe inactivity warning emails were missed. We’d like to know whether the tenant has been deleted or is suspended and still recoverable.
I can’t send private messages yet as a new forum member. Could someone from support please open a private conversation with me so I can share the tenant name and account email?
This tenant handles logins for a live business application, so we’d be very grateful for a quick reply.
Thank you in advance,
Kylie
Hi @adradmin
Welcome to the Auth0 Community!
I understand you are not able to access your tenant, as you are receiving an " Access denied " error message.
Resolution
In order to direct your request through the right channel, we have changed your settings to now be able to reach our inbox. Please send a DM ( Direct Message ) to our @support group, forwarding all the information provided and confirming the email address of your Auth0 account and the name of the tenant where you are encountering this issue. You can click on " support" mentioned above and should have the option of sending a message to the group. The DM creates a private conversation where more sensitive details can safely be shared with us for troubleshooting.
It is possible that your tenant was marked for deletion due to inactivity for a period exceeding 150 days, however we can confirm this privately once we receive your DM. This is in accordance with our Knowledge Article which explains Tenant Deletion Due to Inactivity.
Looking forward to your DM!
Have a great one,
Gerald
