Free tenant blocked after inactivity: 403 everywhere, can't log in to reactivate or delete it

Hi,

My only tenant (EU region, free plan) seems to have been suspended after several months without activity, and I can’t find a way to recover it.

  • On the account’s Tenants page I’m listed as a member with the Admin role, but inside the tenant every section (Applications, APIs, Settings…) shows “Error! You don’t have permissions to access the resource”, and I can’t open Settings → Advanced to delete it.
  • The tenant’s public endpoints (/.well-known/openid-configuration, /.well-known/jwks.json, /authorize) return HTTP 403 “Access denied”, so I can’t log in through my app to register activity either.
  • I’ve logged out and back in with the correct account and tried a private window.

Since the free plan allows only one tenant, I can’t create a new one while this one exists. It’s a development tenant with almost no data, so I’d be happy either to reactivate it or to have it deleted so I can start over.

Is there a way to do either from my side? I can share the tenant name privately with Auth0 staff.

Thanks!
