Error "The country is invalid" when Updating a Debit or Credit Card

This article explains why the following error may occur when attempting to add a new credit or debit card to the Auth0 Dashboard:

The country is invalid

Applies To

  • Self-service subscriptions (B2C, B2B)

Solution

Ensure the right country for the card in question is entered. If the error occurs with the correct country selected, please contact Auth0 via the Support Center.
