Error creating new user from Dashboard

I’m trying to add a new user to a Database Connection via the dashboard, but i keep getting the following error:

Any ideas?

:wave: @bugged is this only happening in the dashboard or can users sign up through your page? Do you have any Pre or Post registration hooks configured ? There may be an error in a custom database scripts, rules, or hook that could be causing this issue.
