We got a weird issue today. Whatever connections are newly created in a specific tenant, they throw Something went wrong. Please contact technical support. (Error: At least one database, enterprise or social connection needs to be available) when doing Try Connection in Auth0 dashboard.
There are multiple existing connections in the tenant and they are all good. With the exact same settings, it doesn’t work for new connections. Interestingly, the same case in another tenant has no issue.
Is it related to the number of connections limit or so?
