Disable\Reset MFA for specific tenant users

Hi community,

one of our tenant user has lost the MFA device and we need to reset/disable the MFA for him, in order to allow him to setup it again. I’m struggling to understand how to do it, maybe is not possible? I also deleted the user from both tenant and invited again but he was asked again for the MFA code.

Can you please help me to solve this issue for this user?
