Now that I’ve set up an email provider my emails have changed completely. I really liked the old format - where can I get the html so that I can use it for my email templates?

You should be able to reset the email template to use the default template by clicking RESET at the bottom of the settings:

Thanks for coming back to me. I did try that but when I reset and save my template looks like the attached image:
It seems like once you enable the ’ Use my own email provider’ you don’t have access to the original template. The html that is setup by default in the the Email Templates is what is shown above.

Which email provider and email service (gmail, outlook, etc.) are you using? Maybe I can recreate it. Thanks!

I’ve checked that the email template is definitely being used by changing the size of the logo:
I see. I believe the reset functionality actually removes some of the styles in the original verification template.
When you update the template to this, are you seeing the styles?:
