Default Audience Dashboard API Error Please Contact Support if the Problem Persists

Overview

When trying to save a new Default Audience in the Tenant Settings, the following error is thrown:

Error! Something happened while trying to save your settings: API Error. Please contact support if the problem persists.

  • Dashboard Tenant Settings

Cause

The audience value needs to match one of the API audiences that are configured in the Dashboard under Applications > APIs.

Solution

Select an audience value from the list of APIs configured under Applications > APIs.
