Problem statement
The Dashboard Administration Extension (DAE) fails to load after a successful login.
Steps to reproduce
- Go to Dashboard → Extensions → Installed Extensions → Open the DAE
- Log in
Troubleshooting
- Check the correspondent application configuration
Cause
The DAE application had no allowed callback URL configured.
Solution
For the DAE to load, configure the right callback URLs, depending on your tenant’s region and the configured Node runtime. Check Add callback URLs to Application for more information.
