Solution
This issue generally occurs with cookies or some 3rd party addon, the below steps should be followed
- Try logging in incognito mode and see if the page loads correctly.
- Try deleting the cookies and data first.
- Disable extensions and re-enable until the issue re-occurs to isolate the extension causing conflict.
