Custom Domain Verification using Cloudflare

Hello,
I am using Cloudflare’s free tier service and have had troubles verifing our domain. I found the article on not flattening dns in this article: https://auth0.com/docs/custom-domains/troubleshoot-custom-domains#cloudflare-cname-flattening, however, since I’m not eh free tier I can’t disable that feature.

Is there any way to work around this and verify the domain a different way?

Hello, @justin7,

This is because you are proxying your domain through Cloudflare. If you turn proxying off (if you see the cloud go grey instead of orange), you should be all good to go.
